Summary
Under Jim DuBois' leadership, Microsoft IT is responsible for security, infrastructure, messaging and business applications for all of Microsoft, including support of the product groups, the corporate business groups, and the global sales and marketing organization. Jim also plays a critical role as an ambassador and evangelist with customers and partners, helping them get the most out of Microsoft’s products and embracing our vision for the future.

In this role Jim led the Microsoft Products and Services IT team responsible for enabling the company wide engineering, release, customer services and support, and services engagement processes. Jim's organization is responsible for bringing Products and Services to Market and Inspiring Customer Delight and Lifetime Loyalty. Microsoft Products and Services IT is the combination of two business process areas, Ideation to Availability and Fulfillment to Customer Value. Microsoft Products and Services IT has the unique position to understand the voice of the customer providing a link from Microsoft’s support lifecycle to the way we will bring the company’s products and services to market, improving on them, and inspiring customer delight and lifetime loyalty.
